Crafted Campers was born from a shared belief that camper vans could be more than just practical vehicles — they could be beautifully designed spaces that genuinely feel like home.


How it started

Our story started a couple of years ago at Tardebigge Court in Worcestershire, where our businesses happened to be based on the same site. What began as casual conversations over coffee quickly turned into bigger discussions about design, craftsmanship, creativity, lifestyle, and business.

It didn’t take long to realise we each brought completely different skills to the table — but skills that perfectly complemented each other.


Craftmanship meets creativity

Kieren comes from a background in bespoke handmade furniture and joinery, building a reputation through his company for creating beautifully crafted rustic furniture by hand in his Worcestershire workshop. His passion has always been about quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and creating pieces that are built to last — not mass-produced, flat-packed furniture with no soul.

That same approach now runs through every Crafted Campers build.


From intelligent layouts and practical storage solutions to the finishing touches that make a space feel warm, premium and inviting, Kieran brings the craftsmanship and technical knowledge behind the conversions.

Marie brings the creative vision, branding, customer experience and storytelling side of the business. With years of experience running a successful photography business and building brands through social media and marketing, she focuses on creating not just beautiful vans, but a lifestyle people can instantly picture themselves in.

Together, we created Crafted Campers to combine high-end craftsmanship with thoughtful design and a more personal, modern approach to camper van conversions.
